RFQ Details

We would like to introduce ourselves as one of the primary trading and contracting companies in Kuwait. We have just obtained a new approval for the production of PET Water Bottle in Kuwait.

Our targeted capacity is 2000-10000 bottles per hour of 1.5 liters
Bottle neck of diameter 30 mm
Bottle labels will be paper
Water supply minimum 3 bars pressure
Steam minimum 2 bars pressure

We would like to receive a complete and comprehensive technical quotation for the capacity utilizing high speed, automated and computerized lines.

Kindly send me your quotation as an attachment (DOC or PDF) to my email as soon as possible in order to go ahead with our implementation phase in the shortest period.

Then kindly send me by FedEx (on our account mentioned at end of this email) the following:

1. Official brochures and catalogues of machinery and equipment including packing machines, included in it, their official prices (*****. OR *****) As quoted and plant accessories and machinery and equipmentâ sizes (length and width and height of each equipment and machines).
2. Machines and equipment& consumption of electricity (kilo -watt per hour) fuel consumption per hour if any and water consumption.
3. Machines production cycle, process flow chart, and production layout.
4. Work force needed including their technical designation.
5. Final product specification produced in the new production line, storage period (it is recommended that the storage period be 4 months), storage methods (area needed for the final product, length * width * height), final product length and width and height and density.

We look forward to working together on this new important project, which will be beneficiary for both companies realizing our rushed period for the implantation of this project (one week).
